Not at all! Our program is designed for complete beginners. Everything is taught through play, stories, and games — so every child feels comfortable and included from day one.
Comfortable clothes they can move in — that's it! We provide yoga mats, journals, and all materials. Just bring your child and a water bottle.
For the first trial class, you're welcome to stay. After that, we find children are more relaxed and engaged when parents wait nearby. You'll receive a summary of what we did after each class!
Each session is self-contained, so missing a week won't put them behind. However, regular attendance helps build habits and deepens the practice.
Yes! The first class on February 20th is completely free with no obligation. If your child loves it, you can continue with the full 8-week program for €120.
